It showcases their unique Spider compression system amongst other features including choromoly steel bars measuring 58cm x 58cm, an aluminum SCS triple clamp, 7003 aluminum fork, 110mm bullet wheels, and incredibly finished deck measuring 50cm x 11.5 c. While the Reaper is the flagship Chilli pro scooter it doesn’t deliver the level of design of competing scooter models. For the $180 price point we would recommend Fuzion, Envy, or Root Industries.

Quality isn’t an issue with the Chilli Base scooter as it is made from premium quality components. The one knock against Chilli is their styling and design can be a little simple for our taste. Nonetheless this is a good scooter that won’t disappoint your young rider.

When it comes to specs the Base features steel bars measuring 58cm x 58cm, HIC compression, aluminum double clamp, steel fork, 110mm wheels with ABEC9 bearings.
